Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using PlaniCaper, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
PlaniCaper is a social media management platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social networks. Additional features include AI-powered content generation, image creation, and performance reports.
Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use PlaniCaper
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with others unless on an Agency plan with team member access
- You are responsible for all content published through your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PlaniCaper to:
- Post content that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
- Spam, harass, or distribute malicious content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the platform
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse AI generation features
Social Media Platform Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of PlaniCaper complies with the terms of service of each connected social media platform, including Meta's Platform Terms for Facebook and Instagram. PlaniCaper is not responsible for account suspensions or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
AI-Generated Content
PlaniCaper uses AI tools (Anthropic Claude and Fal.ai) to assist with content creation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing. PlaniCaper does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
Subscription and Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan
- Payments are processed by PayPal
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- PlaniCaper reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Your plan limits (posts, channels, AI images) reset at the start of each billing cycle
Intellectual Property
Content you create using PlaniCaper remains yours. PlaniCaper does not claim ownership over your content. We retain ownership of the platform, its design, code, and technology.
Termination
PlaniCaper reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
PlaniCaper is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including content published to third-party platforms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
